Mr. Barentzen represents primarily individuals and small and medium sized businesses.  He assists them in resolving a wide range of what are often complex, unique and challenging disputes.  Mr. Barentzen never takes a "paint by numbers" approach to resolving a dispute.  Instead, he customs tailors a strategy to achieve his client's needs and objectives, whether that be negotiation, litigation or some other means of resolution.
